- 6.30 am Breakfast Time Frank Bough Selina Scott and Nick Ross invite you to wake up with Britain's first breakfast television programme.Every weekday morning in the Breakfast Time studio they talk to the stars and personalities making the day's news. The programme will be relaxed and informal, but news both national and local, current affairs, sport, weather and traffic information will all be essential ingredients in the breakfast menu - which will be repeated regularly to fit in with your morning timetable. On every hour and half-hour Debbie Rix will bring you the news that has developed overnight.
